By submitting a form on gullygrow.in or engaging GullyGrow's services, you agree to the following terms.
What we offer
GullyGrow provides Google Business Profile audits and fixes, WhatsApp AI assistant setup, weekly Google Business Profile posts, review-reply management, local SEO, and monthly performance reporting, as described on this site and agreed with you directly.
Free audit
The free micro-audit is a one-time teardown of your public Google Business Profile, provided at no cost and with no obligation to purchase further services.
Paid services
Paid engagements (Visibility Starter, AI + Visibility, Full Retainer, or any custom arrangement) are billed as agreed directly with you — onboarding fee plus monthly fee, as set out on the Pricing section of this site or in a separate agreement. Pricing is subject to change for new clients; existing clients will be notified in advance of any change to their rate.
Cancellation
Monthly engagements can be cancelled by either party with notice as agreed at onboarding (no long lock-in contracts). Onboarding/setup fees already paid are non-refundable once work has begun, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Access to your accounts
Delivering these services may require you to grant GullyGrow access to your Google Business Profile, WhatsApp Business account, or similar platforms. You retain full ownership of these accounts at all times; GullyGrow's access is solely to perform the agreed services and can be revoked by you at any time.
No guarantee of results
We work to improve your visibility, reviews, and response times using established, honest practices — but we do not control Google's ranking algorithm or guarantee specific rankings, review counts, or customer volume.
Limitation of liability
GullyGrow is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of our services, to the maximum extent permitted by Indian law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
